The second day of CFS SUMMER CHAMPIONSHIP 2022 VIETNAM Division is over.
Let's take a look at the highlights of Day 2 below.
Match 1 [Pacific Macta vs Imperial]
Map 1 : Ankara / Map 2 : Black Widow / Map 3 : Port
The second day of the tournament began with the last match of Group A, between Pacific Macta from Philippines and Imperial from Brazil.
In the first set, Revenge and Fefe were lead the whole battlefileds, allowing Imperial's Ryuzao to quickly lead the overall flow of the team and win through a variety of anomalous strategies. Fefe had been slashed the whole sets in the early rouds, and swept the battlefield in the second set as well and succeeded in winning even the second set in a row. Therefore, the Imperial team advanced to Semi-Finals as the top team in Group A, and Pacific Macta unfortunately ended the tournament's journey in this group stage.
Match 2 [ALL GAMERS vs TeamMyth]
Map 1 : Compound / Map 2 : Ankara / Map 3 : Port
The last game of the group stage was the overwhelming match of ALL GAMERS. TeamMyth was also continously struggled against ALL GAMERS, but most ALL GAMERS players refused to allow any single rounds or inches to their opponent. In particular, Bean scored 4 kills alone in the 10th round of the first set, and ZQ showed an incredible overpower towards TeamMyth throughout the entire map. And lastly, as CELEBE.2L Defeated by All GAMERS and advanced to the Semi-Finals in the end, TeamMyth had to be ended their journey with this last match.
Match 3 [Imperial vs ALL GAMERS]
Map 1: Ankara / Map 2: Port / Map 3: Black Widow
The first match of Semi-Finals took place in Ankara. The game between ALL GAMERS and Imperial went so fast, with the AG setting up an early momentum and pushing Imperial in all rounds. In the 6th round, Goken seemed to lead the battle flows by making a quadra kill with his quick and accurate aim skills, but the 8th round ZQ turned over the atmosphere and ALL GAMERS took the 1st set. The second set also brought an overwhelming victory, bringing the atmosphere of the beginning with a strategy that All GAMERS has not shown so far. With the final score of 2:0, ALL GAMERS will advance to the finals of the tournament.
Match 4 [CELEBe.2L vs PG ESPORTS]
Map 1: Compound / Map 2: Black Widow
The second match of the Semi-Finals, which will determine the final team, was played by the two teams representing Vietnam. In the first set, the match at Compound was so tight and intense. There was a fierce battle between each other. In particular, despite the efforts of Icecube of PG ESPORTS, CELEBE.2L won the first set with their strong teamwork. The second set at Black Widow was a more intense battle than the first set. In this set, the battle that went through 17 rounds and finally victory went to CELEBE2L and ended with a series of 2:0 perfect clean score.
