All the matches of DAY5 in the CFS 2023 Grand Finals group stage have concluded.

Today, a total of three matches were played, with Kungarna, XROCK E-Sport Club, and BaiSha Gaming each enjoying victory.
The group stage has come to an end, and tomorrow will mark the beginning of the wildcard matches.
Before we dive into the wildcard matches, let's look back at all the games played today!



[Group A Match 6: LCK vs Kungarna]
Maps: Mexico, Eagle Eye
 
In the first set on Mexico, Brando from KNG and Real & LionClaw from LCK showcased their prowess in the first half, concluding with a score of 4-5. After the side switch, KNG secured 3 points based on a robust defense. Additionally, Kaiz from KNG delivered an outstanding performance, leading KNG to win the first set with a score of 10-6.
 
Moving on to the second set, Dizayn from LCK set the tone with a quad kill, taking charge of the momentum. LCK maintained the momentum and concluded the first half with a score of 5-4. After the side switch, xfam0usx from KNG recorded a crucial quad kill with headshots. However, LCK did not back down. FLEXX from LCK scored from a vantage point, leveling the score at 9-9. Nevertheless, in overtime, Kaiz from KNG achieved a quad kill in a single round, and both Kaiz and xfam0usx showcased clutch plays, overcoming 1v2 situations. With the superb plays of these two players, KNG secured the second set with a final score of 13-11.
 
Ultimately, KNG emerged victorious with a 2-0 score against LCK, concluding the match.




[Group B Match 6: XROCK E-Sport Club vs Anubis Gaming]
Maps: Eagle Eye, Compound
 
In the first set on Eagle Eye, ANB and XROCK they have displayed intense competitiveness, with ANB securing a narrow 1-point lead at the end of the first half. In the latter half, XROCK's YANG applied pressure on ANB with sharp shots. XROCK gained momentum and ultimately concluded the first set with a score of 10-6.
 
Moving on to the second set on Compound, ANB's slayer recorded multi-kills, boosting their team's morale. However, J1E from XROCK dominated a single round with overwhelming performance. As a result, XROCK took the lead in the first half with a score of 6-3. After the side switch, ANB's Hussam & 7aziN seemed to ignite the spark of a comeback, but XROCK's J1E repeatedly thwarted their efforts. Eventually, XROCK secured victory in the second set with a score of 10-6.
 
In the end, XROCK achieved a clean sweep with a 2-0 score against ANB, concluding the match.



[Group C Match 6: BaiSha Gaming vs CaraHouse.2L]
Maps: Sub Base, Port
 
In the first set on Sub Base, BS's CZY showcased dominant plays by achieving two separate quad-kills. BS allowed CRH only one point with overwhelming performance, concluding the first half with a score of 8-1. Even after the side switch, BS displayed robust plays, controlling the game, and ultimately finishing the first set with a 10-1 score.
 
Moving on to the second set, BS's N9 recorded consecutive kills, and all BS players demonstrated excellent plays, putting immense pressure on CRH. Like the first set, BS widened the gap with an 8-1 score in the first half. In the latter half, BS exhibited cohesive teamwork, thoroughly blocking CRH from scoring any points. In this manner, BS secured another overwhelming victory in the second set with a final score of 10-1.
 
Ultimately, BaiSha Gaming emerged victorious against CaraHouse.2L with a perfect 2-0 score, concluding the match.

Based on the group stage results, in Group A, AG.CD and IMP, in Group B, XROCK and VG, and in Group C, BS and PM have all advanced to the quarterfinals.
And the teams that secured the 3rd place in each group, KNG, RK, and CRH, will compete once again in the wildcard matches.
Through the wildcard matches scheduled for tomorrow, we will find out which two teams will secure the final two tickets.
