The matches of DAY6 of the CFS 2023 Grand Finals have all concluded.
Today's wildcard matches consisted of three intense games, with RANKING ESPORTS and CaraHouse.2L securing the top two positions in the wildcards and smoothly advancing to the Knock-out Stage.
Unfortunately, KNG bids farewell to this edition of CFS.
 
Now, shall we collectively review the results of today's matches?



[Wildcard Match 1: Kungarna vs RANKING ESPORTS]
Maps: Mexico, Black Widow
 
In the first set, both teams exchanged points, showcasing intense gameplay with a score tied at 3:3. Later on, RK's HIEUMEO and Icecube secured triple kills, concluding the first half with a 6:3 lead. In the second half, KNG's defense wavered, and taking advantage of the opening, RK's PHATKON delivered a superb play. RK claimed victory in the first set with a decisive 10:4 score.
 
Moving on to the second set, KNG's Kaiz initiated a comeback with a triple kill, but RK successfully defended key points, leading 6:3 in the first half. In the subsequent half, RK adopted a fast-paced tactical approach, with PHATKON and NEVIS consistently achieving multi-kills. RK maintained control without yielding to KNG, concluding the second set with an overwhelming 10:3 score.
 
In the end, RK secured a 2:0 victory over KNG.



[Wildcard Match 2: Kungarna vs CaraHouse.2L]
Maps: Compound, Mexico, Port
 
KNG's Michael delivered an impressive performance in the first set with a quad kill in a single round. Facing this, CRH strategically adjusted their tempo, with RAMBO and DOLA securing multiple consecutive kills, concluding the first half with a close score of 5:4. After the side switch, KNG's Kaiz seized momentum with a quad kill, and Merkz clinched a decisive 1v1, securing the first set with a 10:5 victory.
 
Moving on to the second set, CRH's RAMBO and SHADY turned the tables in the early game with a clutch play, overcoming a 2v5 disadvantage. Riding on this momentum, CRH dominated the first half with an overwhelming lead of 8:1. In the subsequent half, CRH continued to overpower the game, reaching match point at 9:1. Despite xfam0usx from KNG securing three rounds in a comeback attempt, DOLA's quad kill sealed the deal, and CRH claimed victory in the second set with a 10:4 score.
 
In the third set, once again, KNG's xfam0usx applied pressure on CRH. However, CRH showcased excellent team play, leading the first half with a score of 6:3. After the side switch, KNG failed to secure a single point, and CRH secured four consecutive rounds, decisively closing the third set with a 10:3 score.
 
Ultimately, CRH emerged victorious against KNG with a 2:1 score.



[Wildcard Match 3: RANKING ESPORTS vs CaraHouse.2L]
Maps: Ankara, Mexico, Compound
 
In the first set, CRH started off on a positive note with consecutive kills from JRK and LUCAS. Utilizing a slow tempo and tactically controlling key points, CRH dominated the match, concluding the first half with an overwhelming 9:0 lead. After the side switch, CRH swiftly secured additional points, closing the first set with a perfect 10:0 score.
 
Moving on to the second set, RK's Icecube executed a decisive 1v3 clutch play, boosting RK's morale and ultimately leading the first half with a 6:3 score. RK adjusted their offensive tempo, securing a 10:7 victory in the second set.
 
In the third set, RK successfully defended their stronghold against CRH's attacks. DOLA from CRH and NEVIS from RK achieved consecutive kills, creating a back-and-forth game. The first half concluded with a narrow 5:4 score. After the side switch, RK's HIEUMEO delivered a screen-clearing multi-kill, leading 6:4. Although CRH leveled the score again, both teams continued accumulating points. Ultimately, at an 8:8 score, RK maintained focus until the end, securing the last two points and closing the third set with a 10:8 victory.
 
In the end, RK emerged victorious with a 2:1 score against CRH.
