Day 4 of the CFS 2025 Grand Finals has officially begun, marking the start of the Top 8 Knockout Stage.
In today’s two upper-bracket quarterfinal matches, Team Stallions and EVOLUTION POWER GAMING each secured victories and advanced to the next round.

[Upper Quarterfinal Match 1: Twisted Minds vs. Team Stallions]
Map: Black Widow, Sub Base, New Compound, New Mexico, Port
In the match on Black Widow, Team Stallions (STS) opened strongly as no delivered a 1v4 clutch and defuse, followed by a clean triple-kill round. LOYY added additional multi-kill clutches to help secure a 6:3 halftime lead. After switching sides, STS shut down Twisted Minds (TM) without dropping a single round and closed the map 10:3.
 
On Sub Base, STS executed multiple fast group attacks as the attacking side, planting the C4 early. no led the team with consistent impactful plays, allowing STS to build a halftime advantage of 7:2. After the side swap, TM narrowed the gap with several consecutive rounds, but STS maintained their lead and finished the map 10:5, extending the series.
 
On New Compound, STS displayed solid defensive setups, with all players performing consistently. They secured multiple multi-kill rounds, recording a dominant half time score of 9:0. After the side switch, LOYY closed the map with a decisive double kill, sealing a victory with a score of 10:2.
 
In the end, Team Stallions defeated Twisted Minds 3:0.


[Upper Quarterfinal Match 2: AI Qadsiah vs. EVOLUTION POWER GAMING]
Maps: Sub Base, Black Widow, Mexico, New Compound, Port
On Sub Base, QAD held strong early on with effective defensive setups, as MG and vnc delivered key kills to build a 5:4 halftime lead. After the side switch, EP’s First secured back-to-back triple-kill rounds, followed by a coordinated 3v5 retake with xqq, allowing EP to come from behind and close the map 10:7.
 
On Black Widow, QAD opened with a 3:0 start, but EP called a tactical timeout to adjust. Following this, xqq then delivered multiple high-impact rounds as EP took eight straight points, moving the score to 8:3. QAD regrouped with coordinated attacks, and MG closed several clutch rounds to narrow the gap, but EP remained in control and finished the map 10:7.
 
On Mexico, QAD’s silva and MG combined for an early 5-kill round, but EP stabilized with strong post-plant holds. First added a 4-kill round, guiding EP to a 6:3 halftime lead. After the side swap, yh and First combined for a decisive 5-kill sequence, closing the map 10:5 and securing the series.
 
In the end, EVOLUTION POWER GAMING defeated AI Qadsiah 3:0, advancing to the next stage.
