Hello, CROSSFIRE esports fans.
The third day of CFS 2022 Grand Finals also ended successfully.
Let’s see what kind of results happened today.
[GROUP A, 3rd match : CELEBe vs Extenzy Gaming] - Black Widow / Mexico
The first match of third day of the tournament was a game that allowed us to realize once again that Vietnam's strongest team, CELEBe.2L is remained at the best level of CF esports. Extenzy Gaming, a powerful team that proudly won the CFS 2022 RF America division, but the difference in experience in international tournaments also seemed to have barriers to experience that insufficient to reverse the match. Extenzy Gaming, which had been exchanging rounds in the early and mid-term, gave up points to CELEBe.2L in the second half, and despite the urgent use of tactical pause by Extenzy Gaming in the 9th round, it was eventually defeated by a score of 10-5. The next set that followed directly from Mexico went the same way. GDSZ continued to fight to reverse the cliff-edge situation with Shady's attack, but the first game ended with Vietnam's victory with a 10-6 score.
[GROUP B, 3rd match : Lazarus vs Imperial] - Ankara / Black Widow
The clash between Lazarus, one of CF eSports long-time strong teams in the EUMENA division, and Imperial, a Brazilian strong team, was the fiercest of all matches on Day 3. The first game in Ankara went without a concession. In particular, the match was played between Lazarus' representative striker Vizee and Imperial's Ryuzao's rifle-aim match, and the game was consistently high speed tempo, as both teams preferred fast moving and swiping the battlefield. The match continued fiercely until the second half, seemed to proceed to extra round, but the final second half of the match ended with a 10-8 victory for Brazil with Imperial's excellent concentration. Like the first set, the second set was followed by a fierce battle. With Fefe's support added to Ryuzao's aim, which had been drawing a kill without hesitation from the first set, the two games ended with a perfect set score of 2-0.
[GROUP A, Match 4 : All Gamers vs TeamMyth] - Ankara / Mexico
The 3rd match showed that All Gamers is the world's top-ranked Chinese team. TeamMyth, one of Egypt's strong teams, also resisted constantly to secure the round against strong teams, but the walls of the Chinese team were solid and high, in terms of game management, judgment, individual player and high physicality. The third game ended with the Chinese team's victory, with a 10-1 score at Ankara and a 10-1 set at Mexico.
[GROUP B, 4th match : SGJ Gaming vs Q9 E-Sports Club] - Mexico / Eagle Eye
The last match was also a game where the Chinese team's overwhelming ability was noticeable. For SGJ Gaming, the Philippine team that made its first CFS international stage, the wall of China was so high. With YOB1B's outstanding AK-47aim, still tried to change the atmosphere of the battle by steady kills even in difficult situations, but it was not enough against Q9 E-Sports Club, which has experienced countless international stage and CFS champion career. In the end, SGJ Gaming gave up the first set a 10-1 score, and the second set was also given a 10-1 score in succession, ending with a 2-0 perfect set score by the Chinese team.
It was the day where players from all over the world stood out in a fierce battle for the CROSSFIRE world champion.
Stay tuned and be ready for the 4th day of CFS 2022 Grand Finals
