US Department of Defense has decided to develop a secret missile base in Mexico that is capable of shooting missiles into space.

Terrorist organizations that have discovered these plans collected funds to hire Black List to destroy the secret missile base in Mexico.

The US Department of Dhttp://d3075koojqalel.cloudfront.net/board/1413955525.pngefense soon learns of the terrorists' plot, but does not wish to formally intervene for fear of other nations discovering their base.

To maintain plausible deniability, the Department of Defense hires Global Risk to prevent the terrorists from attacking the base...
