October was CFS National Finals month, as most of the teams who will go to Grand Finals were determined. First up here’s a brief overview of the results of each NF starting off with Brazil, Russia, and Philippines.

In CROSSFIRE Brazil, the winner of the pro league CFEL Season 2 gains the spot to the CFS Grand Finals. From a total of 6 teams, 4 of the best went to the playoffs where they played a BO3 match. With a consecutive 3-map win, Remo Brave e-Sports came on top of last GF representative INTZ e-Sports.

PHILIPPINES
Philippines NF took place together with the CFS INVITATIONAL MANILA one day before the international tournament.
Given the world record of team Pacific Macta in the previous years and CFEL 2016, it seemed that there was no team that could overrule the defending champion and take its place. However, this time it was its sister team Pacific Wara who took the title for the Grand Finals. It was a pretty close match against TNC Pro Team in a BO5 game, reaching up until the fifth map.
